Hand laid hull and stringer systen for reliable no-flex performance

We start with a hand laminated all composite hull made with alternating layers of random strand roving and multi-directional knit fiberglass that is bonded with premium resins and finished with UV resistant gelcoat.

Perma-bonded and foam filled striner system

Pattern cut biaxial fabrics are added in critical areas for added strength and durability. Before the Hull is removed from the mold is is chemically bonded to an integrated stringer grid that is made with the same high strength materials and it is then filled with urethane foam.

Proprietary solid core bonded transom construction

The transom has an all composite solid core that is an integral part of the hull and stringer system and will never rot or weaken. The all composite deck and floor is finished with the same premium gelcoat and then bonded and mechanically fastened to the hull and stringer grid to produce a solid unit with amamzing strength and durability.

Solid all composite deck and floor construction
